Support & Maintenance Policy

1. Post-Deployment Warranty

We provide 30 calendar days of complimentary technical support following official project launch, covering bugs and functional defects directly related to our custom development code.

2. Exclusions to Free Support

Issues resulting from direct modifications made by the client or unverified third-party scripts/plugins after site delivery are excluded from complimentary support. Ongoing server management, major plugin updates, and feature expansions are available under our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
